Frontend problem

Due to the fire1 on one of the biggest hosting providers, that one of our server resides, we temporarily replaced front end of our website with default. On this fire only frontend server effected, and all other operations ( user, backend, finance, reports, publications, papers and etc. ) are intact, uneffected. Sorry for ugly look we are working hard to resurgent frontend.
